At Glossia Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our updated Return & Exchange Policy below:


Return Policy

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds:
    • A full refund will be issued only in cases where the product delivered is wrong or damaged.
    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
    • COD charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns for Other Reasons (e.g. dislike, size, fit, etc.):
    • No monetary refund will be provided.
    • Instead, we will issue Store Credits after deducting a processing fee of ₹200, and any COD charges paid.

🔄 Exchanges (Size/Color Changes)

  • We offer a one-time exchange only per order.
  • Exchange will be processed after:
    • Payment of ₹200/- exchange handling fee,
    • Plus any price difference (if applicable) between the exchanged products.

  • Order Number
  • Item Details
  • Reason for Return/Exchange
  • Bank details (if refund via bank is requested)

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.


📸 Mandatory Conditions for Return/Exchange Approval

  • Unpacking video and images of the product are mandatory
  • Product must be unused, with tags intact, and in original condition

📦 Return Pickup & Shipping

  • For wrong/damaged items, reverse pickup will be arranged at no cost (subject to availability)
  • For all other returns/exchanges, a ₹200 charge applies
  • If reverse pickup is not serviceable, customer must self-ship to:

🕒 Return shipments must be dispatched within 3 days of approval.


💰 Refund Process

  • For wrong/damaged items: full refund (excluding COD and shipping charges) will be processed to your original payment method or bank account within 3–5 business days after inspection.
  • For all other returns: store credits will be processed after deduction of ₹200 return fee.
