Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Glossia Fashion, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple return or exchange process.


🔁 Returns

Return Window:
Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible for Full Refund

A full refund will be issued only if:

  • The product delivered is wrong

  • The product is damaged or defective

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

⚠️ Note:
COD charges are non-refundable.


Returns for Other Reasons

(Size issue, fitting issue, change of mind, dislike, etc.)

In these cases:

  • Monetary refunds are not provided

  • You will receive Store Credits after deduction of:

₹200 return processing fee

  • Any COD charges paid

Store credits can be used on any future purchase on our website.


BNPL Orders

For Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) orders:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is approved and received at our warehouse.


🔄 Exchanges

We offer one-time exchange per order.

You can request an exchange for:

  • Size change

  • Color change

  • Style change

  • Fit issues

Exchange will be processed after:

  • Payment of exchange handling fee

  • Payment of price difference (if applicable)

⚠️ Exchanges are subject to product availability.


💰 Exchange Handling Charges

5 – 6 products ₹449

🚫 Clearance / Final Sale Items

Products purchased under:

  • Clearance Sale

  • Final Sale

  • End of Season Sale

are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

All clearance items are sold on a strictly no-return, no-exchange basis.


🚀 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange through any of the following:

Please include:

  • Order Number

  • Item details

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Bank details (if refund via bank transfer is requested)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.


📸 Mandatory Conditions for Approval

To process your return/exchange request:

  • Unboxing video is mandatory

  • Product must be unused

  • Tags must remain intact

  • Product must be in original condition and packaging

Requests without clear video/photo proof may be declined.


📦 Return Pickup & Shipping

For Wrong or Damaged Products

  • Free reverse pickup will be arranged (subject to service availability)

For Other Returns/Exchanges

  • ₹200 return logistics charge will apply.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will need to self-ship the product to the address below.

💳 Refund Processing

Wrong / Damaged Items

After inspection at our warehouse:

  • Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

  • Refunded to original payment method or bank account

  • COD and shipping charges are non-refundable

Other Returns

  • Store credits will be issued after deduction of ₹200 return fee.


📦 Return to Origin (RTO)

If a partially paid order is returned to origin due to non-delivery or refusal, the amount paid will not be refundable.
