7-Day Return Window

Return requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery. Refund eligibility depends on the reason.

Full Refund

Wrong or Defective Product

A full refund to your original payment method is issued in these specific cases.

  • Product delivered is wrong
  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong/damaged items: Free reverse pickup
  • COD charges are non-refundable
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
Store Credits

Size, Fit or Change of Mind

For other reasons — size issues, fitting, dislike — you'll receive store credits after deductions.

  • Monetary refunds not provided
  • Store credits issued after deductions
  • ₹200 return logistics charge applies
  • COD charges also deducted
  • Credits usable on any future purchase

BNPL Orders

For Buy Now Pay Later orders, refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is approved and received at our warehouse.

Clearance / Final Sale Items

Products purchased under Clearance Sale, Final Sale, or End of Season Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

One-Time Exchange Per Order

Swap for a different size, colour, or style — subject to availability and a small handling fee.

Eligible for Exchange

Size change, colour change, style change, or fit issues. One exchange per order only.

Payment Required

Exchange handling fee plus any price difference (if applicable) must be paid before processing.

What to Include

Order number, item details, reason for return/exchange, and bank details if a bank transfer refund is requested.

Mandatory: Unboxing Video

An unboxing video is required. Product must be unused, tags intact, and in original packaging. Requests without proof may be declined.

Important Notes

Note 01

Return shipments must be dispatched within 3 days of approval. If reverse pickup is unavailable, self-ship to our address.

Note 02

For partially paid orders returned to origin due to non-delivery or refusal, the amount paid is non-refundable.

Note 03

Refunds for wrong/damaged items are processed within 3–5 business days of warehouse inspection.
