7-Day Return Window
Return requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery. Refund eligibility depends on the reason.
Wrong or Defective Product
A full refund to your original payment method is issued in these specific cases.
- Product delivered is wrong
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong/damaged items: Free reverse pickup
- COD charges are non-refundable
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Size, Fit or Change of Mind
For other reasons — size issues, fitting, dislike — you'll receive store credits after deductions.
- Monetary refunds not provided
- Store credits issued after deductions
- ₹200 return logistics charge applies
- COD charges also deducted
- Credits usable on any future purchase
BNPL Orders
For Buy Now Pay Later orders, refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is approved and received at our warehouse.
Clearance / Final Sale Items
Products purchased under Clearance Sale, Final Sale, or End of Season Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
One-Time Exchange Per Order
Swap for a different size, colour, or style — subject to availability and a small handling fee.
