How to Redeem Store Credits

At Glossia Fashion, we provide store credits for different reasons — such as Return and Refund Credits, or Promotional Credits.
No matter what type of credit you receive, the redemption process is the same.

Step 1: Request Your Store Credit
If you’re eligible for store credits (due to an exchange, return, or promotional offer):

WhatsApp us on the same number, or
Email us at support@glossiafashion.com

Our team will verify your order details and issue your store credit manually within 24–48 hours.

Step 2: Receive Your Store Credit Code
Once approved, you’ll receive a unique Store Credit Code from us via WhatsApp or Email.
This code represents the amount of credit you can use (for example ₹500, ₹800, ₹1000, etc.).

Step 3: Redeem Your Store Credit
When placing your next order on www.glossiafashion.com:

  1. Add your favorite products to the cart.
  2. On the Checkout page, find the box labeled “Discount code or gift card.”
  3. Enter your Store Credit Code and click “Apply.”
  4. The credited amount will automatically be deducted from your total order value.

Step 4: Complete Your Purchase
If your order total is higher than your store credit amount, you can pay the balance using any other payment method.
Once your order is placed successfully, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Important Notes

  1. All types of store credits (Return, Refund, or Promotional) are issued manually by our team.
  2. Each store credit code can be used once only.
  3. Credits are valid only on www.glossiafashion.com.
  4. Store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  5. If your new order is canceled or returned, the value will be re-issued as store credits (not refunded to bank).
  6. Please check your message/email for any expiry date mentioned.
